Job description
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol that raised $70 million to build an open lending network. Responsibilities
- Own the full DevEx product vertical end-to-end.
- Conduct deep discovery with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for Partner APIs, SDKs, and Agent flows.
- Work closely with a dedicated engineering team.
- Analyze the competitive landscape across DeFi developer tooling.
- Build feedback loops with existing integrators, curators, and partners.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping crypto infrastructure or developer platform products.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of professional or deep personal experience in DeFi.
- Strong technical depth.
- Clear, organized communicator.
- Output-oriented with a bias for shipping over planning.
- Deep empathy for institutional DeFi users and builders.
