Job description
We are building a psychtech platform at the intersection of psychology, EdTech, and AI. Currently, we are launching an MVP using existing developments through expert hot traffic: digital simulators + retention layer + initial revenue.
Responsibilities
- Fix the MVP scope and gather CJM / PRD / backlog
- Lead the product to launch alongside development
- Manage key metrics: conversion, completion, retention, ARPU/LTV
- Achieve the first reproducible growth unit
Requirements
- Experience in launching MVP/new products with accountability for numerical results
- Ability to work with conversion, retention, unit economics
- Plus: experience in EdTech and/or psychology, coaching, helping practices
- Ability to prioritize strictly and avoid bloating the MVP
