Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for engagement with blockchain ecosystems.
- Drive cross-functional alignment at the senior level.
- Shape a roadmap positioning Anchorage as the default institutional partner.
- Develop go-to-market strategy alongside sales and partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading teams.
- Experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies.
- Track record of executing multi-quarter product strategies.
- Background in engineering or deep technical architecture understanding.
- Exceptional communication skills.
