Job description
We are an international IT company, developing SaaS, AI/ML solutions, and financial products for large-scale operations in the USA and EU since 2017. We operate at a high pace and are rapidly growing, focusing on the global market. We already have over 10 million users.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for forming and implementing go-to-market strategy. - Formulate roadmap and manage backlog with clear ties to business outcomes. - Lead product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to feature launch in production. - Build interactions between development, design, marketing, and support. - Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate this into concrete solutions. - Make decisions under high uncertainty and move quickly. - If necessary, build and develop the team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS. - Proven experience in product growth in the international market — ideally, if you built something from scratch or worked in industry leaders. - Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people. - Ability to work in uncertain conditions and make decisions without a full set of data. - Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
