Product Leader — CPO / CEO

• Responsible for forming and implementing go-to-market strategy • Formulate roadmap and manage backlog with a clear link to business results • Lead the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to feature launch in production • Build interaction between development, design, marketing, and support • Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate this into concrete solutions • Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move quickly • If necessary, build and develop the team.

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS • Proven experience in product growth in international markets — ideally, if you built something from scratch or worked in industry leaders • Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a full set of data • Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
