Product Leader — CPO / CEO

### Responsibilities - Responsible for forming and implementing the go-to-market strategy - Form the roadmap and manage the backlog with a clear link to business results - Lead the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to feature launch in production - Build interactions between development, design, marketing, and support - Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate this into specific solutions - Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move quickly - If necessary, build and develop the team.

### Requirements - At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS - Proven experience in product growth in the international market — ideally, built something from scratch or worked in industry leaders - Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people - Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a complete data set - Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
