Responsibilities
- Planning product launch stages and controlling timelines;
- Distributing tasks within the team and monitoring progress;
- Conducting negotiations with offline networks and online platforms;
- Agreeing on cooperation terms and placing products on shelves;
- Analyzing sales and optimizing product placement;
- Developing launch strategy (assortment, packaging, positioning);
- Adapting the product to market requirements and ensuring compliance with standards;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and timely adjustments.
Requirements
- Understanding marketing principles and knowing modern trends in product promotion;
- Experience with online marketing (social networks, aggregators, marketplaces);
- Responsible and diligent;
- Attention to detail in work;
- Experience in launching products in the Russian market.
Conditions
- Remote work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
- Employment: SMZ/IP/GPH, after the probation period — according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
