Product Manager

Nota Group, an international fintech group in global payments and FX, is launching a card issuing direction under its own MSB license. We are looking for a Product Manager to build this direction from scratch. - Launch card issuing program from scratch - Develop product and operational model - Coordinate with technology partners - Interact with banks, BIN-sponsors, and payment providers - Work with legal, compliance, ops, finance, and tech teams - Manage documentation, risks, and go-live preparation

As a Product Manager, you will: - Launch the card issuing program from scratch under our own license - Develop the product and operational model - Coordinate the integration of technology partners - Interact with banks, BIN-sponsors, and payment providers - Collaborate with legal, compliance, ops, finance, and tech teams - Oversee documentation, risk management, and go-live preparation

We are looking for candidates with: - Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto - Practice in high-risk verticals or regulated environments - Understanding of card processes: debit/credit cards, BIN-sponsorship - Knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML in card issuing context - English proficiency at B2 level or higher
