Job description
We are a B2C cryptocurrency exchange. Operating since 2018, we are listed among trusted crypto exchanges in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop the B2C product of the crypto exchange: identify growth points, improve user experience and key product metrics.
- Independently gather and analyze requirements from business, users, and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Decompose tasks, prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and other necessary documentation for the development team.
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, releases, and control feature delivery to production.
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and launch results.
- Generate and validate hypotheses aimed at increasing conversion, retention, and revenue of the product.
- Participate in forming the product vision and strategy for the B2C direction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
- Experience in independently managing a product or significant product area.
- Ability to work hands-on: independently formulate requirements, write tasks, analyze data, and make decisions based on them.
- Strong product thinking and understanding of product metrics.
- Experience in launching and developing B2C products.
- Interest in cryptocurrencies, fintech, or Web3 and a desire to dive deep into the domain.
- Understanding of basic KYC, AML principles, and features of regulated products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
