Job description
Tochka Bank is creating an online bank and a service ecosystem for businesses. Our team consists of more than 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the product and independently form the backlog.
- Identify deep user pains and needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing leader to find ideas for product promotion.
- Analyze advertising funnels within the bank.
- Lead projects from start to finish, focusing on set goals, e.g., increasing product penetration in the active user base by 3% next quarter.
- Organize effective communication within the team, facilitating interaction between developers, product designers, UX researchers, and other team members.
- Calculate unit economics.
Requirements
- Experience in creating new fintech products or scaling existing ones for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of product metrics: ARPPU, LTV, and others.
- Ability to identify large audiences, determine their needs, and create products for them.
- Clearly articulate tasks to designers, editors, researchers, and marketers.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and clarify important product details with support, legal, or sales teams.
- Ability to plan for 3-6 months and create a roadmap for changes for a quarter or half-year.
