Product Manager

We are building the #1 OpinionFi platform on Solana, focused on community and real engagement. Our team already has 15+ people with experience in Web3, and we need a specialist with a technical background and analytical mindset to become the 'brain' of development.

• Formulate and implement strategy: Deep market analysis, tracking trends in the Solana ecosystem, and Narrative Warfare for niche dominance. • Manage feature lifecycle: From idea and detailed technical specifications to release and community feedback collection. • Work closely with development: Conduct daily stand-ups, prioritize backlog (Jira/Linear/Notion), and personally participate in testing. Be the main source of product knowledge for the entire team. • Build processes: Use Kanban boards and Gantt charts to meet deadlines in high-stakes launches. • Synchronize data: Work with product analytics. Make decisions based on numbers and metrics.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management. Your background confirms the ability to bring complex features to production. • Technical background: Understand application architecture, API functionality, and the specifics of Solana (speed, wallets, transactions) and communicate effectively with developers. • Web3-native: Understand the culture of degens, keep track of meta in CT, and comprehend the specifics of community-driven products. • Analytical thinking: Experience in an analyst role will be a significant advantage. • Tools: Expert knowledge of Linear/Notion/Jira and management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban). • High responsiveness in messengers and readiness for quick calls. • Initiative: If you see a bug or poor UX, take responsibility for solving the problem without waiting for external prompts.
