Responsibilities
- Own the Earn product line end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and structured products.
- Drive growth through data: track core metrics and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
- Research yield strategies and build new earn products from 0 to 1.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
- Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies.
- Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English proficiency.
