Product Manager, Data Feeds

Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi. Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve.

- Own the product roadmap and execution strategy for key Chainlink Data products - Work closely with engineering, research, sales, and marketing teams to drive product delivery and adoption - Lead concept analysis, feature discovery, and technical exploration based on customer needs, market opportunities, and internal product ideas - Define clear product requirements, priorities, and success criteria to enable efficient execution across teams - Drive product release and rollout planning across core engineering, infrastructure, and integration teams - Build strong cross-functional relationships to align teams around strategic priorities and execution - Make difficult product tradeoffs across customer needs, technical constraints, security requirements, reliability, and delivery timelines - Help shape products operating at the frontier of on-chain finance and real-time market infrastructure

- Strong ownership mentality and a demonstrated ability to drive products from concept through production - Experience working with financial markets, market data, trading systems, or financial infrastructure products - Proven track record of shipping products or features that delivered meaningful customer or business impact - Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex systems - 5–8 years of product management experience in fast-moving or high-growth environments - Experience operating across product, engineering, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders - Strong communication skills with the ability to create alignment and remove execution bottlenecks across teams - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high technical and organizational complexity
