Responsibilities
- Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
- Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and Brokerage. Drive their evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
- Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments. Quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation.
- Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
Requirements
- PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES or Broker products, or at a custody, broker, or white-label tech vendor firm. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
- Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
- Proven experience engaging directly with institutional clients: conducting business reviews, gathering requirements on-site, and translating client pain points into product roadmap priorities. Experience working with sales/BD/relationship management teams in a B2B institutional environment.
- Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal skills for producing high quality documents, plans, roadmaps and presentations with impact. Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director. Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.
