Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Alpaca’s internal workflows and tooling.
- Drive root cause analysis and execute on complex operational problems.
- Design systems and leverage internal tooling, AI, and workflow orchestration.
- Define success metrics and SLAs, write specifications, and map processes.
- Design and manage the data framework for selecting strategic projects.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to manage operational capacity standards.
- Drive Build vs. Buy evaluations for core platform components.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Product Management or technical operations roles.
- Exceptional prioritization and judgment.
- Passion for workflow automation and AI trends.
- Strong functional knowledge of brokerage or financial operations.
- Experience with broker-dealer platforms, clearing firms, or trading infrastructure.
- Proficient with data, understanding complex system boundaries, and process mapping skills.
