Responsibilities
- Develop and implement subscription models in consumer mobile apps (EdTech/Gaming).
- Analyze monetization funnel from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
- Design and A/B test value propositions, payment pages, and pricing mechanics.
- Work deeply with subscription metrics (ARPU, ARPPU, Churn Rate, Conversion Rate, LTV).
- Collaborate closely with development, analytics, marketing, and UA teams to achieve business goals.
- Build processes and strategies for subscription business growth.
Requirements
- Proven practical experience (2+ years) in building, launching, and optimizing subscription models in consumer applications (B2C).
- Experience in key markets: USA and/or Europe.
- Understanding of niches like Education (EdTech), Info Business, Courses is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Web2Web and Web2App monetization.
- Ability to work with data, build hypotheses, and conduct experiments.
- Systematic thinking, responsibility, and focus on measurable results (LTV, Revenue).
