The convenience of this choice is influenced by data quality, search algorithms, and the product mechanics. We are looking for an experienced product manager who will dive into this area and create the best company selection scenario in 2GIS.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy to improve the quality of discovery search in 2GIS.
- Understand how data and algorithms for company search work.
- Validate hypotheses through user communication and A/B testing.
- Collaborate closely with designers to enhance user experience and interfaces.
- Motivate and inspire the team.
Requirements
- Experience working independently on a large part of a major B2C product for 5 years.
- Experience managing product managers.
- Experience with big data and complex algorithms in large products.
- Worked with ML and AI products.
- Worked at the intersection of multiple teams and knows how to achieve common goals.
- Willing to delve into adjacent areas to improve the quality of solutions.
- Can distinguish good design from bad.
