Product Marketing Manager

Tothemoon is creating a creator-driven growth engine where users can create tokens and enhance their capitalization through content, audience, engagement, and trading activity.

▪️ Develop growth & monetization strategy for the Launchpad ▪️ Increase trading volume ▪️ Build and optimize growth loop: - token creation → audience growth → engagement → trading → revenue ▪️ Attract users (creators & participants) ▪️ Scale growth channels: KOLs, affiliate, communities, partnerships, paid & organic ▪️ Develop launch mechanics: hype, incentives, early access, discovery ▪️ Optimize funnels and conversion at all stages ▪️ Shape product positioning & messaging

▪️ 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / GTM ▪️ Experience in crypto / trading / fintech / Web3 ▪️ Understanding of user behavior, funnels, and growth mechanics ▪️ Ability to combine creativity and data-driven approach ▪️ Experience with creator economy or community-driven products is a plus
