Product Marketing Manager

Tothemoon is developing a next-generation Launchpad. This is not a classic token launch platform. We are creating a creator-driven growth engine where users can create tokens and increase their capitalization through content, audience, engagement, and trading activity.

### Responsibilities - Develop growth & monetization strategy for the Launchpad - Increase trading volume - Build and optimize growth loop: token creation → audience growth → engagement → trading → revenue - Attract users (creators & participants) - Scale growth channels: KOLs, affiliate, communities, partnerships, paid & organic - Develop launch mechanics: hype, incentives, early access, discovery - Optimize funnels and conversion at all stages - Shape product positioning & messaging

### Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / GTM - Experience in crypto / trading / fintech / Web3 - Understanding of user behavior, funnels, and growth mechanics - Ability to combine creativity and data-driven approach - Experience with creator economy or community-driven products is a plus
