- 4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a hybrid role.
- Deep understanding of crypto yield mechanisms and trading strategies.
- Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of a product.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
