- Gather and systematize user and business requirements based on active feedback, including conducting interviews and analyzing social media and reviews.

- Set tasks for development from the perspective of business requirements and metrics, user scenarios, and problems.
- Accept resolved tasks and implement them into the business. Provide feedback to the development team.
Requirements

- Experience solving similar tasks in an IT product for at least three years.
- Ability to manage the product and process through unit economics metrics.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Knowledge of terms like custdev, CJM, user stories, JTBD.
- Ability to generate product hypotheses that will impact key metrics and turn hypotheses into tasks for the team.
- Ability to formulate product development strategy.
- Skill in prioritizing the backlog so that all participants understand why a particular task needs to be done now.
- Experience with analytics systems like Yandex.Metrica, AppMetrica.
- Experience in B2B products in the field of electronic document management, inventory accounting, or communications (VKS).
