Product Owner / Project Manager

Cosmopet is a manufacturer of pet food for dogs and cats based on entoprotein (BSF). We create useful, sustainable, and modern products, caring for the health of animals and the planet. Our online store is a full sales channel with a catalog of ~400 SKUs.

### Site and Sales Management - Full responsibility for site metrics: traffic, conversion, revenue, average check, returns - Analyze the current state of the site and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel - Work with Yandex.Metrica: goals, behavioral scenarios, cohort analysis, heat maps - Continuous improvement of UX and conversion through A/B testing and iterative changes - Optimize product cards, cart, and checkout process - Manage a catalog of ~400 SKUs: navigation, filters, cross-selling, content relevance ### Development Management - Set tasks for two development teams via Bitrix24 - Write clear and structured technical specifications - Coordinate tasks with designers and content teams - Acceptance of tasks: check compliance with technical specifications, regression testing, UAT - Control deadlines, quality, and priorities of the backlog - Manage sprints and development roadmap ### Team Management - Lead two content managers - Control content quality and adherence to deadlines - Synchronize the work of developers, designers, and content ### Integrations and Technical Aspects - Manage integrations: payment systems, CRM/ERP, delivery APIs, fulfillment - Set tasks for integration improvements and acceptance of results - Understand how technical processes affect the user journey and conversion ### External Traffic - Work with contractors on SEO, contextual advertising, and targeting - Control metrics: DRR, ROMI, CAC - Set tasks for landing pages and offers for advertising traffic ### Site Migration to Bitrix - Lead the migration project from WordPress/WooCommerce to Bitrix - Coordinate two development teams - Control the project roadmap and deadlines - Preserve SEO and all key integrations - Final acceptance of the new site before launch.

### Required - Experience as a Product Owner / Project Manager / E-commerce Manager for at least 2 years - Experience with online stores - Understanding of e-commerce metrics: CR, AOV, LTV, DRR - Confident working with WordPress/WooCommerce or other CMS - Experience in task setting for developers and writing technical specifications - Confident working with Yandex.Metrica - Understanding of APIs, payment systems, and delivery integrations - Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics - Experience managing a team or contractors ### Preferred - Experience in migrating or moving an online store - Experience working with Bitrix - Experience with SEO contractors - Experience in FMCG/pet food categories.

### What We Offer - Full-time employment - Hybrid work format - Pet-friendly office in Ostozhenka (Kropotkinskaya metro station) - Salary: 170,000 — 230,000 ₽ (based on interview results)
