- Understanding of CJM, customer experience, and conversion growth mechanisms.
- Experience in launching and implementing new processes, products, or service models.
- Skill in cross-functional interaction with sales, training, service, and business.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
- Experience with premium clients is a plus.
- Understanding of investment and banking products.
- Presentation, facilitation, and team training skills.
- Agile approach, experience in digital/transformation projects, and development of remote teams is a plus.
