Job description
Crecla is a creative cluster that develops and produces merchandise, clothing, and branded products for companies, festivals, and communities. We handle projects from concept and design to production and logistics, utilizing our own sewing production, trusted contractors in Russia, and direct cooperation with factories in China.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client briefings and understand project tasks
- Manage the full merchandise creation cycle: from sample approval to shipment
- Communicate with clients throughout the project
- Interact with Russian productions and Chinese factories
- Control timelines, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Calculate costs and prepare estimates in Excel/Google Sheets
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
- Track production, shipments, and delivery
- Coordinate all contractors and project participants
Requirements
- Experience as a project/account manager in merchandise, advertising production, or manufacturing for 1-2 years
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and budget calculations
- Understanding of production technologies: textiles, printing, embroidery, souvenir products
- Strong communication skills with clients and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks
