• Managing multiple IT projects simultaneously (ERP / enhancements / integrations)
• Planning and controlling timelines, scope of work, resources, and budget
• Forming and updating the task backlog
• Organizing and conducting project meetings (planning, status updates, demos)
• Coordinating team work (development, analytics, testing)
• Interacting with clients: gathering requirements, agreeing on solutions, status communication
• Managing changes, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Preparing regular project reports
• Participating in improving project and team processes
