We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on large and interesting projects and with new clients.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Manage a team of specialists: frontend and backend developers, designers, UX designers, system analysts, testers, DevOps engineers;
- Communicate with all stakeholders — from clients to the team, ensuring process transparency;
- Develop the project: propose and implement upsells, onboard new specialists, expand expertise;
- Plan and control the project budget;
- Monitor team workload and effectively distribute tasks;
- Participate in presales;
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with the team and client (including demos);
- Plan work together with the client and team, ensuring key goals are achieved;
- Be responsible for project quality and results to the client;
- Control documentation flow and compliance with production processes.
Requirements

- AI competency — active use of AI tools in work;
- Experience working with large clients;
- Strong management skills, developed soft and hard skills;
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more;
- Technical background and understanding of development;
