Job description
Looking for a Project Manager to lead iGaming product and marketing projects from launch to results, ensuring effective communication and budget management.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Lead product and marketing projects in the iGaming sector at all stages — from launch to results. - Build communication within the team (marketing, product, tech, design) and with stakeholders. - Plan and control campaign and product task budgets. - Monitor deadlines and quality of task execution. - Forecast risks (regulatory, technical, marketing) and solve non-standard cases. - Analyze launch results: retention, conversion, LTV, traffic efficiency, and prepare clear reporting. - Maintain an atmosphere of engagement and high motivation within the team.
Requirements
### Requirements - Experience in managing digital projects for at least 2 years, preferably in iGaming, betting, gambling, or related high-load products. - Practice in launching new directions/product features/marketing campaigns from scratch. - Experience managing a team of 5-10 people or coordinating cross-functional teams. - Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate quickly under changing inputs. - Ability to set priorities reasonably, work with the backlog, and not get lost in task tracking. - A pronounced sense of responsibility, business mindset, and metrics orientation.
Conditions
### Conditions - International projects in the iGaming niche and work with different geographies. - Comfortable salary level (discussed based on interview results). - Transparent career tracks and regular reviews based on goals and results. - Flexible work format: remote/hybrid office in Cyprus. - Training, internal meetups, access to expertise in traffic, product, and analytics. - Openness to initiatives: you can propose hypotheses and tests, not just execute. - Paid vacations, sick leaves, and official holidays.
