Project Manager

Cobalt Lab is looking for a Project Manager to manage delivery, plan sprints, and ensure team efficiency in a remote work environment.

• Manage delivery of development: tasks, deadlines, risks, blockers; • Plan sprints and conduct team rituals; • Control results and team efficiency; • Build a clear process without unnecessary bureaucracy; • Be a link between business, product, and development.

• Experience as PM / Delivery / Product Project Manager in IT; • Technical background: developer, QA, analyst, or similar experience; • Independence, systematic approach, and responsibility for deadlines; • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Fully remote, 5/2, flexible schedule, fixed salary + bonuses.
