CobaltLab is seeking a Project Manager to oversee development processes, enhance team performance, and ensure high-level delivery. Remote position with salary discussed post-interview.
Responsibilities
- Manage development processes and coordinate team efforts.
- Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and monitor execution.
- Conduct weekly sprints, grooming, planning, syncs, and other team rituals.
- Control timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Track team performance and analyze process efficiency.
- Work with KPIs and key team metrics.
- Participate in selecting and setting up suitable work methodologies.
- Establish a clear delivery process without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Act as a liaison between business, product, and development.
Requirements
- Experience as Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Product Project Manager in an IT team.
- Technical background in frontend, product, analyst, or similar.
- Ability to communicate with developers and understand technical task context.
- Experience with analytics tools like PostHog, ClickHouse, Power BI, Amplitude.
- Decision-making based on data and metrics.
- Independence, systematic approach, and accountability for results.
- Willingness to work at a fast pace and effectively in a dynamic environment.
