Job description

Responsibilities
- Manage the development process and coordinate the team;
- Conduct sprints, planning, grooming, syncs, and other team rituals;
- Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, and blockers;
- Work with KPIs, metrics, and process efficiency;
- Build a clear delivery process that genuinely helps the team;
- Be the link between business, product, and development.
Requirements
- Experience as a PM / Delivery Manager / Product Project Manager in IT;
- Technical background or good understanding of development;
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team;
- Data-driven approach and experience with analytics;
- Independence, systematic thinking, and readiness for a fast pace.
