Job description
FERZL is a Russian IT company specializing in the digitalization of healthcare. It is an accredited IT company.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate a project team of 30+ members (analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, implementation, support) and act as a liaison with other project teams
• Manage project timelines, risks, and quality
• Prepare and update project documentation according to GOST standards (technical specifications, project management information, reporting for government customers)
• Interact with the customer (FFOMS/TFOMS): conduct working meetings, accept project stages, resolve comments
• Control the acceptance testing process
• Adapt to changing requirements and regulatory frameworks (NPA in the field of OMS/healthcare)
• Understand information security principles when working with personal data
• Motivate the team and develop cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
• Experience in managing IT projects with government customers (confirmed acceptance acts)
• Experience with high-load systems
• Knowledge of GOST 34/19 series, government procurement regulations, and acceptance documentation
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API (SOAP/REST/JRPC), familiarity with the GOSTECH platform
• Basic understanding of Java stack and CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with hybrid methodologies: Waterfall (for government reporting) + Agile/Scrum (for internal development)
• Willingness to quickly dive into NPA on OMS, healthcare, and personal data protection (152-FZ). Experience in healthcare projects is a plus
• Higher technical/IT education
