Requirements
### Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of project management experience, but relevant skills are more important than just years in a resume;
- Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to navigate uncertainty, align expectations, and negotiate;
- Has a high level of organization and a structured approach to work, capable of bringing order to complex, parallel processes and projects;
- Confident in project management tools and quick to adapt to new systems;
- Technical background is a plus, especially experience with headless CMS or e-commerce platforms.
