Project Manager

We are Kodi-IT, a digital agency with high expertise in internet marketing. Since 2019, we have been helping businesses grow by attracting clients and increasing profits through digital tools. Our average client retention is between 2 to 5 years.

- Be the 'Single Window' for the client: Manage all communications (chats, calls, Zoom), coordinate plans, and defend reports; - Manage production: Assign tasks to the team (context specialists, SEO, designers, coders), control deadlines; - Ensure quality: Check specialists' work against checklists before sending to the client; - Manage documents: Ensure all completed work acts are signed and returned on time; - Develop the client: Identify growth opportunities for the project and propose new services or budget expansions.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in Digital. You should understand the website development process and the principles of contextual advertising/SEO; - Systematic. Able to use task managers (Bitrix24, YouGile or similar) and CRM. Nothing gets lost, everything is recorded; - Stress-resistant and diplomatic. You don't freeze when a client requests changes but can translate emotions into constructive tasks; - Persistent. Able to get colleagues/contractors to deliver a layout on Friday evening, not Monday morning.

- Salary + KPI. Your income directly depends on the number of completed acts and client retention (LTV). There is no ceiling — the more projects you manage, the more you earn; - Remote work (Full-time, 5/2). Be available from 7:00 to 16:00 MSK or from 9:00 to 18:00 Chelyabinsk time.
