Lagrange Labs is seeking a Project Manager to support Senior PMs in managing the development lifecycle of ZK co-processors. This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $2,500 to $3,800.
Responsibilities

- Support Senior PMs in managing the development lifecycle of ZK co-processors.
- Maintain project documentation in Notion/Confluence and monitor task relevance in Jira/Linear.
- Coordinate daily standups and keep meeting minutes.
- Ensure deadlines are met for specific features and timely inform about risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketing) to clarify requirements.
- Assist in organizing internal team processes and conducting retrospectives.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or PM assistant (preferably in IT/Fintech).
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
- Skills in task trackers and planning tools.
- Interest in the blockchain industry and willingness to quickly grasp terms (L2, ZK-proofs, Mainnet).
- Excellent time management skills and proactivity in problem-solving.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate and above) for communication with the international team.
