Project Manager

We are a young and energized agency, 4 years in the development market. We lead projects in website, bot, and application development. Both the team and clients stay with us for a long time - this says a lot ;)

- Manage a team of 6+ people (frontend, backend, design, QA) - Work specifically on a programmatic/DSP project - Establish communication with the client and within the team — full transparency of processes - Plan and control the project budget - Monitor workload and effectively distribute tasks - Conduct daily meetings, demos, retros — and do this not just for show - Control documentation and adherence to processes

- Experience in managing custom development projects - Managing teams of 8+ people — confidently and without chaos - Understanding of programmatic/AdTech/DSP systems (at least at a basic level) - Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) - Experience working with external clients — able to say 'no' constructively - Basic understanding of development (stack, terms, limitations) - Developed soft skills — you don’t just relay tasks, you lead people - High responsibility and organization without reminders

- Full remote work (Russia) - Clear regulations and training materials — we don’t throw you in the water without a circle - Work only during working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00). No evening 'urgents' and weekends - Salary of 90,000 ₽ NET + % from upsells within projects - Salary review after the probation period (3 months) - Employment through individual entrepreneurship
