Job description
Stake Shark is a staking provider and blockchain validator with over 150k delegators and $30M+ TVS across 20+ networks including Solana, Ethereum, Monad, Cosmos, and Cardano.
Responsibilities
- Integrate new blockchains and staking protocols
- Collaborate with partners (wallets, infrastructure projects)
- Prioritize backlog and manage development
- Formulate hypotheses for delegator and pool growth
- Coordinate teams: development, design, marketing, support
Requirements
- Understanding of Web3 and staking
- English level B1+
- Experience in product and development team management
