Project Manager

Swisstronik is a Swiss-regulated blockchain company building a compliant Web3 financial services platform. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of Swisstronik Money's core infrastructure. - Swiss-regulated, identity-based hybrid Layer-1 blockchain - Building Swisstronik Money: wallet and payment platform - Integrates fiat on- and off-ramps, wrapped tokens, VISA card spending - Compliant with Swiss AML regulations - Coordinate a distributed team of engineers and manage integration timelines

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Swisstronik Money's core infrastructure. - Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap - Coordinate between engineers and external partners - Run architecture alignment sessions - Track development, testing, and audit timelines - Manage integration milestones - Identify blockers and escalate decisions - Maintain clear documentation - Report progress to leadership

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Fluent English, both written and spoken - 3+ years of project management experience in blockchain, fintech, or crypto - Strong understanding of smart contract development lifecycles - Familiarity with DeFi/CeFi concepts - Experience coordinating distributed teams - Ability to read architecture diagrams and technical specs - Comfortable with compliance-related workflows - Excellent written communication skills
