Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with customers on business strategy, long-term goals, and roadmaps
- Manage one project or a group of projects and/or dedicated teams
- Define deliverables and resources needed
- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish together with the team
- Manage development and delivery
- Monitor project statuses using sound judgment and the company's health framework, and implement necessary improvements
- Manage risks and anticipate problems before they arise
- Manage, support, and motivate the team assigned to the project
- Conduct project presentations and compile reports for all stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Engage in the FireTeam to assist other project managers in resolving complex issues and incidents
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in project management
- Good technical background and clear understanding of web/mobile technologies (experience in QA, BA, Dev positions)
- Solid project management skills
- Strong understanding of delivery process set-up
- Experience in project planning as well as in budget, risk and resource management
- Mastery in managing dev teams
- Projects’ estimation experience during the presale stage
- Experience in working with large projects/several projects with multiple distributed cross-functional international teams
- Proven expertise in addressing issues during production delivery with successful outcomes and exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Proactiveness and independence, autonomy and responsibility in decision making
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
- B2+ English level fluency
