We are a team that creates WebView applications for iOS in iGaming (Gambling, Betting).
Responsibilities
- Manage the team (developers, designers, release manager, and content manager).
- Ensure quality of team work: check titles, designs, creatives, final builds.
- Test applications: independently test all releases in Xcode.
- Organize release processes: set tasks, deadlines, and monitor status in Jira.
- Analyze: investigate reasons for rejections/approvals, optimize processes, increase % of successful releases.
- Motivate the team: constantly monitor deadlines, push, synchronize.
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory.
- Experience in iGaming (Gambling, Betting) is mandatory. This is a key requirement.
- Experience with WebView applications for iOS is a big plus (understanding the logic of embedded browsers, interaction with native elements, assembly specifics).
- Understanding of App Store moderation specifics and experience in bypassing restrictions is desirable.
- Knowledge of tools: Cursor, GitHub, Xcode, Codemagic, Jira is a plus.
- Ability to take responsibility, structure processes, and bring order.
- Enthusiasm, leadership, and readiness to grow with the team.
