Job description
We are an international AI startup (GenAI, content generation) creating products in Telegram Mini Apps / Web Apps. Our team is small → speed is high → there are many tasks → we need someone to bring order to processes and become the center of delivery control.
Responsibilities
- Control task execution (task tracking, delivery control, deadlines)
- Work with Jira / Trello / Notion
- Monitor statuses: done / in progress / blocked
- Daily check on task progress (daily sync / standups)
- Escalate blockers (blockers management)
- Push tasks to completion (delivery mindset)
- Formalize tasks from product (requirements → tasks)
- Communicate with development (backend / frontend / AI engineers)
- Ensure tasks do not 'hang' (task ownership, accountability)
Requirements
- Experience: Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Delivery Manager from 1 year
- Experience working with developers (IT / Software Development)
- Understanding of task lifecycle: backlog → in progress → review → done
- Skills with task tracking tools: Jira / Trello / Notion
- Ability to work with deadlines and priorities (prioritization, execution)
- Communication without toxicity, but with results
- Attention to detail, discipline
