- 3–5+ years of project/program management experience in a business context (not only IT).
- Expertise in Fintech: understanding of payments and processing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Coordination skills: ability to synchronize lawyers, financiers, and developers.
- Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian.
- Preferred: experience with licensing or compliance certification.
- Knowledge of emerging markets (Africa, Latin America).
- Technical background (understanding of API, payment infrastructure).
- Experience in startups and willingness to work in uncertain conditions.
