- Experience managing IT or digital projects with multiple teams.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
- Experience managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Skills in risk management, dependencies, and requirement changes.
- Experience interacting with product, technical, and marketing teams.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry and regulatory constraints is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Russian and English (B1+). Knowledge of European languages is an advantage.
