Responsibilities
- Plan and control the quality and pace of project implementation.
- Participate in the description of development processes.
- Optimize internal processes and ensure compliance.
- Optimize project documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in gaming projects.
- Understanding of the overall production pipeline (how a game is made).
- Understanding of the workflow of artists, programmers, and game designers.
- Skills in organizing and planning projects, including task definition, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Experience in creating/optimizing documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
