Responsibilities
- Control project statuses, timelines, and implementation at all stages;
- Prepare project documentation;
- Coordinate work with external contractors: agencies, venues, designers, speakers, and other partners;
- Plan and organize events of various formats: webinars, conferences, meetings for CEOs, educational programs for HRDs, networking events for the BAU community;
- Oversee material preparation with designers and speakers;
- Immerse in the context and topic of each project to understand the essence and maintain quality;
- Work with stakeholders: speakers, participants, internal teams;
- Manage project/event budgets and contractors;
- Develop approaches and processes for project management and event organization.
Requirements
- Experience in managing marketing projects and B2B events (webinars, conferences, meetings for top management, corporate programs);
- Strong project management skills;
- Understanding of business logic: how projects and events work in the client acquisition funnel;
- Focus on quality over quantity: each project must be well thought out and work as part of the marketing system with communications before and after;
- Interest in innovation topics, corporate culture, human-centricity, and willingness to dive into the subject and oversee material preparation;
- Experience in organizing online and offline events;
- Skills in stakeholder management and project management;
- Knowledge and experience in using tools for attracting guests;
- Understanding of project management basics.
