Responsibilities

- Close all operational tasks of the department
- Plan hiring and participate in interviews
- Manage the team and maintain focus on results
- Build and optimize internal processes (initiative is important)
- Control task execution and deadlines between buying, designers, and layout teams
- Interact with buyers and related teams
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in traffic arbitration (ideally Nutra) is mandatory
- Experience in team management or strong organizational skills
- High performance and responsibility
- Excellent time management and ability to work in multitasking
- Understanding of testing and launching processes
