- Document requirements in Jira for adding or changing server configurations and assist in correctly entering tasks into sprints.
- Task tracking
- Monitor task statuses, identify bottlenecks, inform the team about progress, and interact with sales and related departments.

- Understanding of online service principles (web services with external clients) and basic computer literacy: knowledge of processors, memory, disks, and how computers connect to the internet.
- Familiarity with major processor manufacturers (Intel and AMD) and server hardware.
- Ability to create tasks in Jira and understand project workflow: where to ping people, negotiate, and organize.
- Proficient in Excel for calculations and working with tables (basic formulas, pivot tables).
- Demonstrate persistence, activity, and genuine interest in technology, willing to understand how various functions are implemented and independently seek information.
