Job description
KLEVRS is a LinkedIn outreach agency for B2B companies. We launch ABM campaigns in the US / UK / EU markets, achieving a reply rate of 15–25% compared to the market average of 5–10%. Our approach is based on AI personalization tailored to each decision-maker.
Responsibilities
• Manage client projects and LinkedIn accounts on behalf of clients: respond to comments, warm leads in DMs, transfer hot leads, coordinate the team.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in project or account management • Understanding of LinkedIn as a platform: feed, outreach, networking, content • Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) • English B1+ for correspondence and understanding context • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously without losing context • Independence and comfort working asynchronously without micromanagement Plus: experience in a digital agency, IT outsourcing, or SaaS, understanding of B2B lead generation, experience with CRM (HubSpot, Airtable)
Conditions
