The Project Manager will lead Employer Branding projects and develop strategic partnerships.
- Implement Employer Branding projects
- Develop Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Conduct brand research with analysts
- Launch marketing projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Plan project timelines and manage project logs
- Build long-term client relationships
Requirements
Candidates should have project management experience and strong communication skills.
- 1+ year experience as Project Manager or Account Manager
- Ability to communicate with clients and teams
- Task setting and project structuring skills
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Responsibility and result-oriented
- Experience in Employer Branding is a plus
- English level B2 is a plus
