Seeking a Project Manager / Operations Lead for a Forex Affiliate project in Brazil. Manage daily operations, connect departments, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

- Daily management: content, operations, actors, design, contractors. Task setting and control (Trello/Notion/Sheets).
- Ensure synchronization between traffic, content, operations, and broker.
- Daily summaries against benchmarks (CPL, conversions, deposits).
- Quality control of operations and content.
- Coordination with partners and financial discipline.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operational management in digital/affiliate/fintech.
- Understanding of the funnel: traffic → Telegram → personal messages → deposit → retention.
- Knowledge of metrics: CPL, CPA, ROMI, CR in dialogue, CR in deposit, retention.
- Experience managing a remote team.
- Russian-speaking. Systematic thinking, ability to work in uncertainty.
