We are international agency Xmethod. We build digital products on low-code/no-code platforms, and as we continue to grow, we're opening a key position on our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
- Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
- Grow clients through upsales
- Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Fluent in German and English (C1)
- Real-world AI tooling proficiency in daily work
Conditions
- €48,000-€72,000 gross per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects
- Fully remote, European time zone, employment contract
